  • The Benefits of Sweating Aerobics

    When you think of aerobics and sweating your mind probably conjures images of leg warmers and head-bands and lines of people dancing and kicking to an oldies-laden soundtrack.  While this is the popular image, it doesn’t have to be the case, and the health benefits of sweating and aerobics should not be ignored.  Aerobics can be defined as any activity that increases the heart rate. 
    These include, but certainly are not limited to walking, running, biking, hiking, and even jumping on a trampoline.  Any time you exercise and sweat, your body rids itself of harmful toxins and your overall health will benefit as a result, not to mention the fact that you can lose excess weight, which seems to be on everyone’s mind, outside of Michael Moore.
